Individual Package

Our individual package covers your vehicle servicing after the standard mileage, access to our network of garages, mechanical maintenance, fuel card, tyre replacement (optional), accident rescue (optional) and duty of care (optional).

For ease of accessibility, a 24-hr customer helpline has been made available. With a call, we attend to you instantly by linking you with the closest of our garages. Depending on your choice of service; a request for the vehicle to be picked up at your location, the driver drops it at the garage and returns to pick it up, driver takes it to the garage and waits to pick it up, we work tirelessly to put our customers’ comfortability first.

In this package, we provide mechanical maintenance which covers vehicle diagnostics and general car repairs and maintenance (which is carried out in agreement with existing terms and conditions).

This package also provides replacement of vehicle tyres. Other tyre repairs such as repairs for fair wear and tear as well as tyre alignment are bonus offerings of this package. This service is however optional. Please refer to our Service and Level Agreement for more details.

With a fuel card issued to you, your fuel expense management is controlled. This card is available for use at any of our partner filling stations across the country. It eliminates the need for paper receipts and also provides you with fuel purchase reports that curbs fuel theft and mismanagement.

We recognize that there is a duty of care owed by every employer to the employees. Therefore, we make available reports for your vehicle servicing for record purposes, verify the licenses and physical fitness of your drivers from time to time and also perform test drives to ascertain their driving abilities.
